Villa Ferri comprises 5 luxury apartments. Each apartment is 25 - 30 m². Three of the apartments have a view of the sea. Apartments 1-01, 1-02 and 1-03 are on the first floor. One of them, 1-02, has a wonderful balcony with a view of the sea and of the town of Kotor with its 4 km-long city walls, a city of narrow streets and little squares, numerous churches and monuments, and known far and wide for its festivals, fancy dress shows, carnivals, gnocchi feasts, Boka Night and Children's Theatre Festival. Because of its priceless cultural value, this town is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On the second floor there are two more luxury apartments (2-01 and 2-02). Each of the apartments has a bathroom, central heating and cooling, satellite dish, mini bar and WiFi/ADSL Internet connection.
