Location: the guesthouse is located in the outskirts of Abtenau in a very tranquil and sunny spot (approx. 5 min. on foot to the centre of town).Ample parking is available right next to the house.

Start your day with a good breakfast, and let yourself unwind on our comfortable sun terrace. The balcony, terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Rooms and holiday home:Comfortable rooms with a shower/WC and balcony, cable TV connection also present.
Sauna:The house cellar includes a sauna (Klafs brand) and solarium available for your use.

Winter in Abtenau:As one of the best international family ski areas, the Lammertal valley resort area has gained a reputation as a resort for those in the know.

The ski area is guaranteed with snow, the pistes are snow-covered end to end and it’s just a short hop from your bedroom to the slopes. With the Dachstein region spread out before you, the sun on your back – winter-loving families can enjoy 145 km of alpine downhill, 200 km of cross-country ski runs and 150 km winter hiking trails. The variety of ski areas offers the perfect mix, from the family-friendly multiple award-winning _Dachstein West ski area _, the diversified Postalm arena and for first- or multiple-timers, Eldorados Abtenau and St. Martin.

Summer in Abtenau:The Karkogel resort is best known for the winter experience it offers as a ski resort. The “moving mountain” however, still offers plenty of adventure for the whole family in summer.
