A charming Resort situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Tuscany: San Gimignano, declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
The whole structure consists of various architectural solutions, from the oldest parts, which have been skilfully renovated, to the more modern central structure, set harmoniously and elegantly amidst nature.

In the middle of the garden, overlooking the towers of San Gimignano, stands the villa, built on the foundations of a 14th century cloistered convent which was converted into a noble country residence at the end of the 19th century.
Next to the beautiful villa is the ancient "Orciaia", the place where the huge urns of oil were once stored, and this too dates back to the late 19th century, when the old farm was famous for its olive oil.

Villa San Paolo continues to uphold this tradition today, producing very high quality extra virgin olive oil, with an acidity level close to zero.
The estate covers an area of about 3 hectares; an old and very pretty olive grove surrounds the newest, central structure, which houses the reception, rooms, restaurant, lounge areas and multipurpose rooms, as well as the SPA.

Villa San Paolo is an oasis set amongst age-old olive trees on the top of a hill overlooking the splendid valleys all around and enjoying a view which is unique in the world, the thousand year-old towers of San Gimignano.
