Les Souverains residence has 133 apartments, from one bedroom to four bedrooms, spread over 6 floors.

Set on an east/west axis, it has two main façades.
One faces north and northeast for aficionados of great vistas, those who never get enough of just looking and who will never tire of admiring Mont Blanc and the peaks above the valley of Bourg Saint Maurice at all times of the day, all year long.
The other façade facing south/southeast, drenched in sunlight from early in the morning, will resound in the daytime with the sounds of people enjoying themselves in the leisure complex in the heart of the site which it overlooks, with the ski slopes and the nearby golf course just behind.

How will you choose between the north and south views ? In the vast reception area, by the fireplace that will be lit in the winter, you can settle down comfortably on one of the sofas and put the mountain world to rights, before taking the lift up to your apartment.

Your car will be in the underground car park, of course, since Edenarc is exclusively for use by pedestrians or skiers !
Apartments are delivered furnished,fully equipped and decorated. They include a space in the underground car park, a cellar and a ski locker.
Odalys Vacances, an experienced hotel operator, has been chosen to manage Edenarc 1800 and « Les Souverains » residence.

It will offer not only the numerous services expected by guests in a 4* tourism residence, but many others besides.

From the first day, to get their holiday off to a great start, our guests will be welcomed in the manner they deserve : a central reception open 24/24 and 7/7, luggage service, luggage carts available, welcome cocktail, etc.

The apartments will have toiletries in the bathrooms a cleaning kit in the kitchen and cleaning will be done in the middle and at the end of your stay.

If you need to relax, your bathrobe is hanging on your bedroom door as well-being is a priority at Edenarc, so you can visit the sauna, hammam, fitness room, swimming pool or jacuzzi whenever you want. You will also find all you need to enjoy family time : loan of nursery equipment and board games, a mini-club and an entertainment programme to suit all ages…

To enable you to stay in touch with the outside world and your professional life, the apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV with a selection of French and foreign channels, a telephone and a free WIFI connection (in the apartments and the communal areas).

Some special services are planned for owners (VIP welcome drink with cocktail and welcome gift and an owners’ outing) which will make every resident of Edenarc 1800 feel like a real king!
